NOTICE TO PASSENGERS

Tickets are not valid unless the seal of AQUATIC RENTALS is affixed. All pre-booked and walk up passengers MUST check in at the ticket counters upon arrival at the Ferry Terminal. Physical ticket/s will be printed for boarding.

Carrier's sole responsibility is to issue a refund only, for mechanical problems.

Passengers shall comply with all Government travel requirements, present exit, entry, and other required documents. (Please check validity of all travel documents prior to booking, Passport, Visa, ESTA, etc.).

 

Check-in time is 45 minutes minimum prior to departure time.

Walk up ticket and check in window closes 10 mins prior to departure. 

Carrier is not responsible for accompanied and non-accompanied luggage and cargo. All baggage and cargo must be fully paid and checked in at the counter prior to boarding.

 

Daily schedule tickets are valid for three (3) months from the date of travel. Event  tickets are valid for the date and time for which it was purchased, ONLY.

Aquatic Rentals fares are subject to change without prior notice. Carrier may refuse transportation if the applicable fare has not been paid. Carrier meets all US. Coast Guard Regulations. Carrier reserves the right to refuse carriage to any person who has acquired a ticket in violation of applicable law or Carrier's tariffs, rules or regulations.

TICKET REFUND 

Strictly No Refunds except due to mechanical failure.
Date/Time changes are possible, subject to availability.

BAGGAGE

All baggage must be checked in at the counter prior to boarding.

Baggage in excess of 50lbs and oversized baggage is subject to additional fees.

 

 

 

FEES & TAXES

Port fees, security fees, and departure taxes are not included in the cost of your tickets.

Currently, port fees are:

St. Thomas to Tortola Departure Tax - $10.00 (included in ticket prices) 

Tortola to St. Thomas Departure Tax - $15.00 BVI residents & $20.00 Non-residents.

(not included in ticket prices)

BVI Environmental Fee - $10.00 (due upon arrival; not included in ticket price)

 

All fees and taxes are paid to Government Dept. and subject to change by their respective authorities and are not collected by or the responsibility of Aquatic Rentals, Ltd.

CARGO & BAGGAGE

Over weight/size items will be subject to additional fees.

Pre-Booked cargo bookings must be checked in at the counter for verification prior to loading.

Customers are required to collect unaccompanied cargo/baggage in Red Hook, same day, upon arrival or within business hours.

Cargo or baggage arriving in Tortola should be collected in Customs Dept. at Ferry Terminal.

All cargo and baggage shall comply with BVI & USVI Customs Depts. regulations.
